The Bevill State Community College Men’s and Women’s tennis teams both appeared on Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national tennis rankings for the week of March 7. The men’s team was ranked #21, while the women’s team came in at #25. This is the first occasion that both teams have been ranked in the top 25.
“I am proud of both these teams this year. They have worked hard all year and are starting to get the recognition that they deserve,” said BSCC head tennis coach Eli Matthews. “Both teams are not content with where they currently stand and have bigger goals to accomplish throughout the remainder of the season.”
