The University of Alabama football team had 14 players selected to the 2024 Preseason Coaches All-SEC Team, the league office announced Thursday.
Alabama was represented by four first-teamers, including two on defense and one apiece on both offense and special teams. The Tide’s collection of five second-teamers was made up of two on both offense and special teams to go with one defensive player, while the third-team selections were comprised of three defenders and two offensive players.

The Crimson Tide enters the 2024 campaign having won a league-leading 30 SEC Championships in program history, including eight of the last 12 conference titles. Alabama’s the 2024 season opener is set for Saturday, Aug. 31 at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
