Alabama Flexes Its Talent at Annual Pro Day Event

Eleven NFL Draft-eligible players showcased their talents on Wednesday at Alabama’s annual Pro Day. Held inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility on the University of Alabama campus, the event drew representatives from all 32 NFL teams, including Mike Tomlin of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Participants in the event included former Alabama players Tyler Booker, James Burnip, Jihaad Campbell, CJ Dippre, Kneeland Hibbett, Jalen Milroe, Malachi Moore, Graham Nicholson, Robbie Ouzts, Que Robinson, and Tim Smith.

“The best thing about this process is getting to know a lot of people,” said Milroe. “During this process, I’ve gotten to know a lot of owners, general managers, position coaches and head coaches, and it’s really important to build that relationship and also talk football. I don’t take the opportunity lightly at all.”

The event began at 10 a.m. CT with the athletes testing in the bench press and vertical jump in the Bill Battle Athletic Performance Center. The participants then tested in the broad jump, 40-yard dash, agility drills, and position-specific drills in the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility.

The event was broadcast by the SEC Network.

Alabama Defensive Back Malachi Moore (13) in action against Western Kentucky University at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, AL on Saturday, Aug 31, 2024.

“It feels great to be back here with my teammates, being back in the facility and in Tuscaloosa where I have a sense of home. It’s exciting to see the guys out here doing their thing and giving it their all. I’m really proud of them,” said Moore.

The 2025 NFL Draft is scheduled for April 24-26 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Full coverage will air on the NFL Network, ABC, and ESPN. TG
