Ryan Williams, the dynamic sophomore wide receiver for the Alabama Crimson Tide, is among 45 student-athletes that have been selected to the 2025 Walter Camp Award Watch List, the Walter Camp Foundation announced on Monday.
Last season, Williams received first team All-SEC honors and led the Tide in receiving yards (865) and receiving touchdowns (8).
The award recognizes college football’s top player, and the winner will be announced on ESPN’s College Football Awards Show on Dec. 12, 2025.
Alabama’s most recent Walter Camp Player of the Year recipient was DeVonta Smith in 2020. Smith joined Tua Tagovailoa (2018) and Derrick Henry (2015) as the Crimson Tide’s other recipients of the award. TG
